Ahp-cii-uk's Partners
Initiating Partners
Ahp-cii-uk is jointly funded by First Nations, Inuit & Aboriginal Health and the BC Ministry of Aboriginal Relations and Reconciliation. The Nuu-chah-nulth Tribal Council has been playing an active role in facilitating and administrating Ahp-cii-uk. Expertise in multi-stakeholder initiatives comes from the Synergos Institute.
Government Partners
Several government ministries, both federal and provincial are involved in and support Ahp-cii-uk. The provide staff expertise and assistance, and sometimes in-kind donations. Each of these ministries has a partner who works directly with the communities to learn from them and offer support.
Corporate & Non-profit Partners
Ahp-cii-uk would also not be possible without the generous support of its corporate and non-profit working partners. The funds contributed by these partners are being applied directly to the Community Action Projects — the social and economic projects Ahp-cii-uk supports. In addition to this financial support, all of these partnering organizations contribute staff time to work directly on the Initiative at the community level.
Contributors to Ahp-cii-uk
Several organizations have made contributions to Ahp-cii-uk in the form of a cash donation or an in-kind contribution. Ahp-cii-uk would like to thank each of them for their generous contribution in helping create healthy First Nations communities.
